Thank you for a special stay. Its a quiet mini hotel with tranquil location in San Felipe del Agua district next to the Zocalo or the major museums and the center.

The bathrooms are unclean.

great room with well provisioned bathroom and robes, as example. excellent pool, parking onsite. quiet and ideal location at a medium distance from san felipe. great to have a garden restaurant which serves a combination of international and local dishes.

Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

The stay was perfect for 5 nights, and the hotel is only 9 miles from the airport.

The first day the pool was in maintenance.. The food service suspended him without warning.. Three days' stay and no one managed to warm up my jaccuzi.. The spa service is not direct from the hotel and in the three days I was there no one could take care of me.

Comfortable stay in this cozy hotel 😊. the superior king room was great for a good night's sleep, and it even came with slippers and robes. the staff were all friendly and helpful.

It is a very quiet and comfortable hotel to go to disconnect and relax.

Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

The pool was nice for a quick dip on a hot day. The hotel location was close to public transportation and easy to get to various attractions. Plus, the view from the rooftop terrace was pretty impressive.

The rooms were not well-maintained and the cleanliness was not up to par. the staff was not very friendly or helpful, and seemed disinterested in providing good customer service.

The water pressure in the shower is quite low, which can be a bit inconvenient.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The grounds were like an oasis with beautiful gardens and terraces outside the rooms, creating a very soothing atmosphere. The staff was excellent, providing rapid and attentive service. The chef was also excellent, accommodating my requests and the dining area was set in a beautiful covered outdoor garden. I particularly enjoyed the fabulous Oaxacan coffee served here. Moreover, the hotel is located in a green and relaxing area, right next to a lovely church and close to the markets in town. The cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities, including the pool, were impeccable. The staff was friendly and at least one person who spoke English was always available.

We had a truly relaxing experience at this hotel. The tranquil atmosphere provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The spa services were exceptional, and the massage from Lourdes was absolutely amazing. The food in the restaurant was excellent, though the service was a bit slow. we highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful getaway.
